It's Chris's birthday on Monday and as I am sure you all know his family have nothing to do with us, so he doesn't get any presents or cards apart from me and my Mum and Dad.
So this year I have decided to get him 34 presents, but I have a very limited budget.
So far I have bought
Indiana Jones PS3 game Wall-e PS3 game Kung Fu Panda PS3 game Alvin and the Chipmunks PS2 game Only Fools and Horses cufflinks Only Fools and Horses keyring Only Fools and Horses cars Daffy Duck CD Desperate Dan pj's
Any one have any cheap ideas for the rest of the presents...
Socks with the days of the week on. (M&S) A home-made birthday cake. Smelly tree for the car. A "Naughty Cheque Book"
Let me explain the cheque book! A cheque is sort of an I.O.U. right? So print off the pc (or hand-write) I, xxnamexx promises to pay the bearer xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (type in a 'naughty' thing of your choice).
Sign some of the cheques. I've done this before as a bit of fun, and glued all the cheques together and made a cover with some pretty card, so it looks JUST like a real cheque book.
Bexi, I was looking on Hawkins Bazaar, but not sure if they would get here on time as in Northern Ireland we have a holiday over the weekend and on Monday. Although I will check the £shop out for bits, maybe headphones for his MP3.
Steph, he doesn't eat chocolate, but I will get him some jellies. He is also a recovering alcoholic, so as much as he would LOVE the mini spirits, I don't think they are a good idea...lol
Piglet, he doesn't need socks, I was looking under the bed last week for a missing sock and found 43 socks hiding under there...all his...lol, but I like the idea of the cheque book.
The shaving foam is a good idea....He keeps going on at the minute about one he seen made by Original Source, think it is TeaTree, but I can't find it anywhere..
Same here hun my husbands family is the same he will get a card of his dad and my side of the family he has two brothers both married with children they dont bother with us.
