I just wondered if anyone is familiar with hardanger and could give me advice. Last week I finished a project I would like to make into a small table cloth (I attach a jpg), and was thinking about a border in hardanger style. Problem is, I am tempted but never tried. Is it difficult? are there tutorials on the web?
Thanks a lot

Hi Elena

Hardanger is not hard, once you got the hang of it. But please practise first on a piece of waste aida/ eavenweave, so you dont spoil yout beautiful stitching.
The stiching is straightforward but the cutting out can be tricky. You need very pointed and sharp sissors.

Good luck xx

Thank you Gabriele! I'll certainly follow your advice and practice a lot!! The cutting looks tricky.
Thanks again,
I'll let you know if I manage to finish it nicely
