Help Needed - Topic Powered by eve community

Some one passed on to me a celtic football chart a while ago but i am not sure what is white and green on it as there is no key to the colours. I know the word celtic football club and the date are in white but i havent a clue about the shamrock in the centre of the badge. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
