Ooooh, just had the most amazing thunder and lightning storm. It lasted about half an hour and they were biggest claps of thunder and crashes of lightning I've ever heard or seen, it really was spectacular, the wind and rain picked up out of nowhere now it's died down. I tried to catch the lightning with my camera but just kept getting black sky got one purple colour though lol.

Ooooh yes, being outside didn't do me any good, I have funny skin and when it gets cold I come out in hives. It's a bit like an allergic reaction, my skin goes boiling hot and all lumpy as soon as I warm back up it goes away, weird or what lol

A few years ago, I managed to capture the lightning on my camera, it had a video function on it, so I recorded it, uploaded it to my computer and with some program that hubby had, I got the picture I wanted.
I will try and remember to have a dig around in my cds over the weekend to try and find it. Wasn't spectacular but still a nice picture to capture.

our Jules has something like that.. she comes out in bumps..... funny thing though .. she even gets them when its hot or cold.. was real weird on hols in Orlando in '05 ... she went into a heated pool .. was only in there all of 2 mins .. and whoosh .. bumps everywhere .. within 2 mins of getting out they were gone ...
