Can anyone help me, i have set up a ticker meter but don't know how to use it or put it on my replys etc

Once you've made your ticker you should be given the code in html and message board format. To put it in your sig, go to your profile and click "View/Edit Complete Profile" there'll be a box for our signature, just paste the message board code into this box and hit the "submit" button. Voila!
