Ok so one of my close friends owns a baby shop so naturally I buy most 'bulky' items from her,not just cos she gives me a heavy discount but cos I like to support the business too as opposed to giving it to mothercare for example.Anyway I've had my eye on this gorgeous xlr maclaren pushchair but it is completely out of my price range.I still have the pram from when Izzie was newborn, and they have agreed to buy it off me (so they can rent it out to customers)and buy me the maclaren I've been drooling over for 6 months!!!EEEkkk Big Grin I know it's sad but it's just so dahm funky and plush.I'm so happy as I thought I was dreaming and would never get it as money is always so v tight especially as we're sticking to low income budget and clearing debts at the same time.

Yes that's it Kim,except my one will be chocolate brown and pink(lush)it's got a really funky stripy strap at the side. It's just more comfy and wider than Izzies current pushchair and I shall feel the bizz pushing it along!lol
Will try to post a pic when it arrives Big Grin

I had one very similar to this when I had DD except mine had a step on the back so that DS could stand on it. He was 2 when DD was born, so he kinda still needed a ride. The great thing is it only weighs 14 pounds and it's easy to fold. When DD got older I would take her out of it when we came to stairs, fold it up really quick and walk up the stairs with her and carry the stroller which is light, and it isn't awkward to carry either.

Very nice. They are a lot smaller and manageable than pushchairs were when DS was a little 'un.
