I'm Sarah, am 22 and live in York. I have travelled around a lot the last few years but I'm pretty settled here now-been here just over a year. I'm at uni full time although also work as a legal secretary practically full time!!
I live with my man, Chris and have done for 3 years now in various locations-the Alps being the most exciting!
I've just got a first in my first year of uni too (only found out a couple of days ago!) so am very pleased-especially as I thought I'd struggle to pass cos I have so much going on!!
I'm off to Mexico for a month in August as well, doing some turtle conservation and travelling-am very excited!
Anyway, enough about me. Lovely to meet you all and hope to speak to you all soon
Sarah xx

Hi I'm Gillian, I am 35 and I live in Derbyshire. I have been married to hubby for 15 years in August. No kids or pets.
My hobbies are cross stitching, papercrafting and shopping. Shopping is top of the list. I alos like talking much to everyone elses annoyance.
I am currently unemployed after being made redundant at xmas. At the same time I was diagnosed with MS. I am just about coming to terms with it now. It makes finding a new job slightly dificult as no one wants to employ someone who could be off work every few weeks.
Can't think of anything else to tell you. Sure I will when I post this.

Hiya, Not really new to the forum but only recently returned to x stitching after a few years. Im Clare, 27, married to Richard for almost2 years although we've been together for 10! We have two boys aged 8 and 6, two cats, two hamsetrs, two bearded dragons...see a pattern forming here...Noahs Ark?...maybe i should get another husband to make up the numbers LOL! I am almost a midwife, should be getting my degree this year, its been a long, hard slog but will be worth it im sure! I love cross stitching, started at about 9 years old and have done it off and on since then. I also enjoy card making, scrapbooking, reading and computer games Nintendo DS, PS2 etc. Nice to meet you all, look forward to getting to know you better Hugs Clare.xxx
I'm Leona, I'm 25 and I live with my boyfriend Scott, Scott's cat Scrapper moved in when he did and we nearly had a baby but I misscarried in January, but we're working on starting a family!
we've been together just over a year and have been living together officially since last November, though we were practically living together for months before that, we just had to split ourselves between two houses at first but not anymore.
I usually work with kids in various forms, qualified as a nursery nurse about 7 years ago, spent the last 6 years working as a nanny and I'm now back in a nursery for a few hours a week while I decide what I want to do now.
I started stitching when I was around 6 with long stitch kits, taught myself to cross stitch round about age 10 and have been stitching ever since then.
Anyway I reckon I've bored you all enough for now, until next time....
