Hello Everyone
 Well I am very happy, I have lost 1 and a 1/2 pounds this week, and I am chuffed to bits cos I have been really good and I was in London for the bank holiday weekend!!!!! How did you all do?   Hanson Fan Since 1997 |

Good morning
Well done Sirius , I also lost 1.5lb this week so am happy with that. Started going to the gym this week too. Am off there this morning . Good luck to everyone else Alex x |

Well done both of you, I have never had a problem with weight but do understand why ladies want to lose weight, keep going.

Well done to all that have lost!
I am not going to weigh myself this week as I have spent a week at home catching up with friends and family over so - too - many lovely meals  but 'I'm worht it!' Will start again on Sunday when it is only me... |

I am going to join in. We bought Wii fit to be fitter and lose weight. So far - after two weeks - DH lost 0.5kg ...

Well done everyone, good week for most I see. I have not weighed this week as it was my 'TOM' I knew I'd eat loads this week and I did. So I'm going to be good from the new week onwards and hopefully will do well, good luck all x

I've been on a diet for the last 18 weeks, and I'm 1lb away from 2 stone lost!! I lost 1 lb this week, which I was happy with as we ate out a lot last week!! It would be great to join all you slimming stitchers for extra support WIP: Pooh Bear A Starry Night WIP:Wildlife Babes- Giraffe  |
