Oh gosh, last time I played Badminton after not playing for ages, I ached for England for days on end LOL, could hardly walk hehe, so good luck & look forward to hear how you got on.
I'm off to the gym soon with hubby for a bit more punishment

Well I'm back, had a nice soak in the bath. My left arm and shoulder are killing me (I'm left handed) so put loads of muscle gel on so hopefully won't be too painful tomorrow. Even though I walk alot I can't believe how unfit I am, oh well here's to next week LOL Hope you enjoyed the gym Bev, not something I'm keen on, last time I went to the gym I ended up slipping a disc and was on traction for 8 weeks

Hi Kath, glad the Badminton went well, hope the arm & houlder does'nt feel worse tomorrow, which is usually the way.
I had a good work out at the gym, mind you the views there keep you going
